UX design system guru Dan Mall launched his new book Design That Scales: Creating a Sustainable Design System Practice.
This week I learned a bit more about PEST and 6 Forces business frameworks to help with external focused problem analysis.

UX veteran Don Norman released a new online course based on his book Design for a Better World.
