Rosie Hoggmascall shared 3 proven ways to reduce the time to the magic (aka Aha! or Activation) from brands Loom, Canvas, and Otter.
1) Add relevant social proof throughout the product experience, not just the landing page.
2) Use copy tailored for your personas to communicate hyper-specific and popular use cases for your product.
3) Use imagery with micro-copy to re-iterate the value prop and benefits since only 16% of users read word-by-word. Add concrete usage examples and templates early in the product experience to show a sneak peak of what users are in for. Evolve to personalized onboarding.
